These all-purpose mixers use a powerful,
planetary mixing action to thoroughly blend, mix and aerate all
ingredients with consistent and predictable results. The wide-faced,
hardened alloy steel helical gears deliver energy at preselected
fixed speeds. The heavy-duty, stainless steel, wire front
bowl guard opens easily for adding ingredients. Available
in 20-, 30- and 60-quart sizes with a selection of optional bowls
to provide additional capacity flexibility.

EM-22

The EM-22 and E-222 are rugged and
versatile grinders built to meet high-volume demands. They’re
ideal for second grinds and for smaller batch grinds when you
want to replenish the meat case three to four times daily to keep
product at peak freshness. Both models feature a short feed screw
that helps to produce less heat which increases the overall shelf
life of ground products, improving the quality of grind without
the loss of product color.

Grinding body is separated from
the motor to prevent heat transfer to the product and removes
and disassembles easily without tools to facilitate cleaning

EM-22 features 3/16” (5 mm) and
5/16” (8 mm) alloy steel plates as standard and a capacity of
up to 660 lbs. (300 kg.) per hour

E-222 features 1/8” (3 mm) and
3/16” (5 mm) alloy steel plates as standard and a capacity of
up to 1200 lbs. (540 kg.) per hour

No-Volt release prevents activation
of the grinder in the event of a power interruption; operator
must restart the grinder (EM-22 only)
