The MX050 software program enables authorized service and technical support staff to retrieve, edit and store label formats, amend text, transmit logos/graphics and data files to and from the M series scales.

• Provides remote control of scales either locally in the store or in remote stores. Standard modems can be used to connect to remote scales.

• Convert data files from previous AveryBerkel scales, CX17, CX20/30 to M Series.

• Provides simple to use, full backup and restore facility from the scales allowing an engineer to backup the scale before doing any maintenance on it

• Communicate with the M series via Ethernet, Serial or Modem.

• Send and retrieve graphic files to the scales at any time. This allows you to change the appearance of the label depending on circumstances, i.e. Halloween, Thanksgiving , Xmas etc, without purchasing new label stock.

• Provides full service Diagnostics for checking all features of the scale.

MX060

MX060 software is designed for creating product information for transmission to the Avery Berkel GX Series retail printing scales. Create departments, product descriptions, tares and change prices from the convenience of a personal computer and send to your scale via the included RS485 gateway which connects between your scale and an available serial port on your PC.

MX100 - Communication and Data Interface Software

The package shares your existing store management application on a variety of industry standard platforms. It offers control over pricing, PLU data, barcodes, totals collection and on-line transaction information - to help you reduce costs, control shrinkage, increase turnover and improve customer service.

The MX100 software series is specifically designed to provide a transparent interface between the retailer's Primary Store Management Module (generally the EPoS system) and the scales within the store. MX100 is designed to run on the same computer as the management module, yet as a background application.

• Transparent operation means that staff see only EPoS screens, for ease of operation.

• Simple file interface minimises any changes required to the EPoS application.

MX400/MX410 - Single and Multiple Store Management

Operating as a stand alone system or used to complement an existing store management system, the Microsoft® Windows® based software has been designed to satisfy the requirements of many retailers.

Each package enables management of product data, scale configuration and reporting on totals, sales and profitability. It also includes comprehensive label editing function, with WYSIWYG label text entry and a label design module.

MX410 extends this functionality to provide head-office control of scale systems throughout your business.

Via serial channels or Ethernet, MX400 maintains and transmits all the information required by the networked machines, such as PLU and price, while MX410 operates via modem directly to the scale, without the need for a computer in each store.
